Nagarro SE has appointed Prateek Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Management Board, effective May 1, 2026.
"With this appointment, Nagarro expands and strengthens its leadership team and establishes a dedicated CFO role to support the company’s continued global growth, enhanced governance and constructive engagement with international capital markets," the company said.
Aggarwal arrives with over two decades of experience across the technology and IT services sector, having built a reputation for steering finance functions through growth cycles and transformation phases.
His career includes high-impact stints at HCLTech and Hexaware Technologies, where he managed global finance operations and played a central role in scaling businesses.
More recently, he worked in a value creation capacity at RPSG Group, adding a strategic investment lens to his operational expertise.
