GreenLine has appointed Santosh V Abbimane as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
A LinkedIn post by the company said, "Abbimane will focus on strengthening financial governance, scalable processes, profitability and capital efficiency as we continue building towards long-term value creation and public-market readiness."
His appointment comes at a significant phase for the company as it continues to build operational scale and prepare for future public-market readiness.
With more than three decades of professional experience, Abbimane brings deep expertise in financial strategy, IPO readiness and execution, capital management and both organic and M&A-led growth.
The post said Abbimane will play a key role in strengthening the GreenLine's financial architecture and driving capital efficiency as it enters the next phase of expansion.
Before joining GreenLine, Abbimane was CFO at Xpressbees. During his tenure, he was involved in managing finance operations and supporting the company’s growth journey in India’s fast-evolving logistics and supply chain ecosystem.
