Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has announced the appointment of Venkatesh Ramachandran as Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO), with immediate effect.
Ramachandran's appointment underscores the company's commitment to strengthening the financial architecture and governance infrastructure that will support its next phase of growth.
A note by Zaggle said Ramchandran’s deep experience in capital planning, private equity and corporate restructuring will ensure every rupee of capital deployed generates measurable long-term value.

Ramchandran has also led finance through multiple acquisitions and restructurings, which makes him fit to drive the financial integration of Zaggle’s recent and future acquisitions, including the DICE AI Spend Management platform transaction, the note added.
