Mayank Holani Takes Charge as CFO at SKF India

The Board of Directors approved Holani’s appointment on May 13, 2026. He officially assumes charge as CFO from May 14, 2026.

SKF India Limited has named Mayank Holani as its Chief Financial Officer, with the appointment taking effect from May 14, 2026. The Board of Directors of SKF India Limited approved Holani’s appointment on May 13, 2026.

In a letter to SEBI dated May 13, 2026, SKF India said, "...we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13th May 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Mayank Holani as Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. 14th May, 2026 in pursuance to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013..."

He succeeds Aashi Arora in the role. As per company, she has resigned after conclusion of interim assignment and seeking a change in role within the organization.

In his previous role, he was CFO at Indian Synthetic Rubber Private Limited (ISRPL), a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and TSRC Corporation, Taiwan where he was responsible for end-to-end finance & accounts including finance strategy & operations, digitization, risk management, etc.

Prior to this, he worked for 12 years with Schneider Electric India, performing various roles including FP&A, Controlling, Finance Business Partner along with being CFO for the listed entity Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited.

In his early career, he has also worked with other prominent companies like Cairn India Limited, Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited and JK Tyres & Industries Limited.

Overall, he comes with more than 23 years of experience across Indian and multinational companies. Over the course of his career, he has worked in diverse areas of finance and accounting including project management, finance transformation, business turnaround, profitability improvement, internal audit, digitization & automation, joint venture management, M&A, compliances.

Holani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Postgraduate in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and Diploma in IFRS from ACCA UK.
